The length of therapy is different for everyone. It depends on your individual goals, the challenges you're facing, and the progress you make throughout the process. Some clients benefit from short-term support, while others find longer-term therapy helpful for exploring deeper patterns and creating lasting change.
We'll regularly review your progress together, and you'll always have the freedom to decide how often you'd like to attend sessions and when you feel ready to conclude therapy.

If you have any concerns about our work together, I encourage you to share them with me during our sessions or contact me by email. Open communication and your feedback are important, and my goal is always to provide support that best meets your needs. If needed, we can arrange a separate session at no additional cost to discuss your concerns and explore possible solutions together.
If you remain unsatisfied after discussing your concerns, you have the option to submit an official complaint to the Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare (CBKZ). You can contact CBKZ by email at klachten@cbkz.nl. Complaints can be submitted digitally using the complaint form.
Additional information regarding the complaints procedure can be found on the NIP website: https://nip.nl/klachtenregeling/wkkgz/
